It is a practice of elasticity, I perceive.
To push from within and be pulled from without
and remain aware and choiceful among
the increasingly potent forces that effect
on our growing consciousness.
Elastic through within and without.
A dance of trial, failure, success intertwined
A practice to remain graceful
through the spectrums we inhabit
from the mires of misery
to the peaks of glory
]
